Blue Mountain Builders LLC ("Blue Mountain Builders," "we," "us") is a residential construction company in Nashville, Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It covers this website and the text messages, calls and emails we exchange with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address and mailing address, when you contact us, request a bid, or set up as a subcontractor or supplier.
• Business records: bids, invoices, W-9s, certificates of insurance and job communications needed to run our projects.
• Messages and calls: the content of texts, calls and emails with our business lines, which we keep as project records.
• Website data: basic information your browser sends, such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it

We use your information to run our construction projects: to request and review bids, schedule work, coordinate site access and inspections, handle punch-list items, pay invoices, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to do the work: with the people on a project (for example our project manager, architects, inspectors or the owner of the home), with service providers that help us operate (such as our phone, email and accounting providers), or when the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile number and text message data are shared only with our texting service provider, and only so it can deliver our messages. They are not shared with anyone else.

Text messaging terms

• What we send: job-related texts to the subcontractors, suppliers and clients we work with, about bid requests, scheduling, site access, inspections and punch-list items. We do not send marketing texts.
• How you opt in: by entering your mobile number on our Vendor Setup form and checking the box to receive job-related texts (the box is never pre-checked), or by texting our business line first.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with the work we're doing together.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We'll send one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to resubscribe.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Keeping information safe

We keep business records in access-controlled systems and limit access to the people who need it for the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Some records, such as invoices and tax forms, we have to keep as required by law.
